The Administrator defines in the privacy policy the principles of personal data processing related to the provision of services and consent to receive the Administrator’s marketing materials.
The controller processes data on the basis of the user’s consent and in the cases indicated in the REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

The processing takes place for the purpose of performing the contract. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
